These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.danassoulhouse.com (“Website”) and the purchase of products and services offered by Dana’s Soul House, a brand created by DD FZC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Company shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay or failure in performing its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • acts of God, natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, or storms;

  • war, hostilities, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or governmental restrictions;

  • epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies;

  • shortages of materials, power, or transportation disruptions.

In such circumstances, Company shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of its obligations. If the event of force majeure continues for more than 60 days, either party may terminate the affected order or agreement without liability, except for payment obligations accrued prior to the event.

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

 

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
